"This fast food place is extremely expensive, and on top of that, the service is one of the worst in the city. My family decided to eat at this place, and literally after ordering, they kept bringing the food in 15-minute intervals until the last item. We had ordered a dessert with the initial order, which never arrived. Additionally, I asked for a refund, but to my surprise, Farad, the owner, wasn’t answering the phone, so we had to resolve the situation directly with the bank."
"We were satisfied with everything we ordered! We had a birria rice bowl, Mahi Mahi & Carribean tacos, and the Strawberry dragonfruit juice. Fresh, quality ingredients and all flavorful dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive while the whole store had a great atmosphere: catchy music and beautiful artwork! Update: Had to reduce from my 5 star review 2 weeks earlier due to my second visit. Ordered to-go at the kiosk and waited 1 hour and 15 mibs for one Burrito and a side of guac. Yes they were busy, but the wait was so long because the kitchen had skipped over my order (similar to another order, thought they'd already made it?). Even though I checked in with the staff 3 times during this hour, only one member was helpful after I asked to cancel the order. She finally got them to start making it so I waited the extra 10 mins. Food was great, but will not be going back during normal rush hours."

"Food was great, and I definitely understand the hype around birria, but in my opinion, it could have used a bit more spice in the broth. Luckily, the menu had other flavorful options. The caribbean tacos were amazing - the steak was perfectly tender and juicy, and the sweetness of the plantain perfectly balanced everything. I know plantain in tacos might sound unusual, but trust me, it works so well!"
