"It’s been years since I’ve ordered from JJ and for sure the last. Calling in to place an order off rip was an incredibly painful process. It felt like I was being pranked and they weren’t actually a Jimmy John’s. My mind is actually blown the food arrived. Who ever owns this location has greatly failed their staff. We order food twice a day and I’ve never been so dumbfounded at the lack of professionalism. I’m actually impressed that these humans have made it this far."
"Store is dirty….customer service was not good… Sandwich makers didn’t even know how to make our subs….the cashier was literally sitting on the counter on his cell phone…. Stains and garbage all over the floor…. No up selling….. Poorly run operation…… I am a small business owner and if my staff left my lobby this way I would fire people….. There are 4 people on staff right now and no line…… So for the 60 bucks an hour it’s costing me I would at least have one employee cleaning up the trash and mopping the floor….. The windows look like a dirty rag was used to wash them… I even mentioned it to one of the staff members and he laughed at how dirty they were….. If this is a franchise I suggest the owner get in there and have the staff do their jobs…. I live right behind here in tropic isles and I wouldn’t come back to this store unless it was cleaned and the employees felt like being there…… I have pictures but google wouldn’t let me post them…."
"Jimmy John's is still one of my favorite sandwich chains out there. I love the beach club and jj gargantuan when I'm really hungry. The environs are humorous and light hearted which makes them stand out from the typical spot. Speaking of which, they had quite the fun and witty bathroom, which I couldn't resist pictures of."
