"I am SO disappointed with this service and the way manager Carla handled my situation. I order their Caesar salad quite often and this makes the third time my Caesar dressing was not included. I called to express my frustration was literally told it was nothing that could be done and that I need to call when ordering Caesar salad to make sure they don’t forget the Cesar dressing. Just ridiculous. As a person that eats from J Marks at least 4-5 times a month. This will be my LAST ORDER from them. Also ordered a burger for my son. Burger bun came super hard, all toppings were super soggy and appeared unappetizing. Horrible customer service and the manager needs to take a course on HOSPITALITY. Why should I as a customer have to call and remind your staff to do their jobs correctly?!"
"This place has it ALL!—hot, sweet lobster with drawn butter; crunchy, fresh, young garden greens (with tomatoes, and carrots, and a cornucopia of croutons and cheese and onions)—with your choice of dressing, on the side. Rolls piping hot from the oven; butter practically fresh-churned and right off the farm! Presentation was flawless, responsive, polite…I LOVED hearing the chefs arguing in the kitchen in French! I was lucky enough to be served by Angel—pictured here, and very well named! This place is just around the corner…on Federal near Sunrise…and RIGHT UP MY ALLEY!"
"Lovely atmosphere. Server and staff were great. A bit disappointed in the food. I think the steaks were over and lacked flavour. Pleasant atmosphere."
