"Food is always great. Service and atmosphere has always been, however last night when we went, the service was poor and the outdoor dining area filthy. We were told two separate times by two rude individuals within 5 minutes the dining room was already closed, go outside while we were trying to eat and finally we decided to go outside to finish our meal and it was filthy out there. For a place that closes on Sunday, customers should be treated better!! Correct your hours on Google too!!"

"This specific location is really hit or miss. First, the drive thru wait is unlike any Chic-fil-a I have ever experienced. I don't know if its the time I typically go, which is before 7am, but the wait time is abnormally long usually. You get to the window and I feel like we just stare at each other for a few minutes. Its like " I just ordered a Yogurt whats the hold up?" Secondly, expect order errors."

"This place is absolutely exceptional. I have gone to at least a dozen different Chick-fil-A‘s in the past few years, this is the only one I found that reliably produces hot, fresh food, every time. I am mystified by the poor Google ratings for this place, because it is literally the only Chick-fil-A I’ve found in the past decade that tastes anything like the Chick-fil-A used to before the start of their massive franchise expansion in the 2010’s. Like every Chick-fil-A, this is a family operation, but in this case not only is the owner involved day-to-day, but so is his father, Bill, who does an excellent job keeping up his son’s very high standards. It must be incredibly satisfying watching your son uphold a much higher standard than all the other franchisees. Chick-fil-A has been my favorite fast food restaurant for 20+ years. I’ve watched a lot of new restaurants open. I’ve also watched 99% of them demonstrate an ability to provide any sort of quality food, and I’ve been to at least 20 locations throughout the SE US. This is the only one I will continue to patronize, because of the high quality service and, most importantly, food. Keep up the great work!"

"I often go to this location because it is so close to my house, but within the past month my orders always have an issue. Either the bread is soggy or my lemonade is to bitter. This time I ordered a salad with a grilled fillet, assuming there would cut it. They didn’t and that was fine, but I found the end of a lettuce head in my salad. Most of the time my lettuce will look old and brown as well. The service isn’t bad, but the food isn’t great."

"Absolutely the worse location to visit. They mess up on 99.8% of orders. I have been trying to give them chances as this is a new location but the staff is terrible. Today I ordered a soup and thought to myself there is no way they can mess this up… but unfortunately I was wrong. The soup was not hot and the broth was like mud, very thick, just terrible. The noodles look like they were just soaking, it is pretty obvious that the soup has to be at least a day old. I ordered from the app and asked to be refunded but was told I had to be in store for a refund, why would I have to make another trip to the location when I am the party that is being inconvenienced?"
