"Ordered the grillmaster trio from this location and this was by far the worst food I’ve ever had at Pollo Tropical. It was 730pm on a Saturday night. My food was burned to the point a lot of it was inedible, and I didn’t even see it until I got home. The steak portion was laughable, some pieces were burnt so bad it just crumbled. Did not get the chimichurri sauce. The chorizo was also completely dried out and burned to a crisp along with a piece of chicken. Ended up throwing out majority of the meal. The cashier was nice, but that food quality was unacceptable and so inconsistent with all the other locations I’ve been to. Will not return to this location."
"I don't think I've ever given 5 stars on fast food before, but this location earned it!! My daughter and I used the drive thru shortly before closing time, and I was greater by the most upbeat and friendly voice. He was detailed and funny and made the whole experience enjoyable! I haven't been at this location in a while because it wasn't very good, but William, the friendly voice at the drive through did an amazing job, and I also found out that he is the manager of this location. He has definitely made a great difference here as the food was great, but the attitude was completely infectious."
