"My Mother spent her last days of life in this luxurious, for nothing, Hospital. They treated her like an animal: 4 daily blood tests, 3 daily X-rays and ultrasound torture by a Chinese for 1 and a half hours. She was in the ICU where Nurse Joyce, with her salon-sprayed hair, false eyebrows and other decorations, took very poor care of Ella. Place where someone so dehumanized should not work. Everything that shines is not Gold, but what they take from you! ! !."

"The worse!!!! This hospital used to be top notch, now it is a nightmare. The ER department works fine. They try to help you even when they are full of patients. At least in the ER you get tests done and fast results. Once you are Admitted and transferred to a floor your nightmare begins. My 82 years old mom was admitted to the critical care unit in the Hope building with flu and pneumonia. The first night it went well, her nurse Jose was very attentive and professional. After that it was chaos. She needed respiratory treatment 3 times a day. I had to be asking the nurse because they had not come to do it. Finally, the internist doctor did the treatment himself. Mind you, this is the Critical Care Unit where patient need to be monitored closely. Only one day that she had Jose as a nurse was she really taken care of. If you don’t have a family member to advocate for you, you don’t receive the medical care you need. Very disappointing, No proper care but the bill is more than a 5 star hotel stay. CEOs only care for profit not for patient satisfaction. Remember, we go there because we need medical assistance."

"VERY CONCERNING!!! I'm not one who writes Reviews.... This Hospital used to be top rated but it has gone to the Lowest Level in Every Category!! My elder father has been treated horrible! They neglected put IV in the morning until I got in late at night and noticed that. It took me a while to find a nurse and she told me that there's a bad shortage of nurses. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS HOSPITAL. The Doctors talk to you like they're running a business not showing empathy about the patients. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!"

"Jairon A, RN is an exceptional and beyond professional healthcare provider, as naturally caring and compassionate as they get and I’m a physician. I was just so impressed with his way of achieving the best outcome for the patient. He’s a true example of an ideal employee and deserves through consideration for a promotion as early as deemed appropriate or earlier! Happy holidays merry Christmas and happy new year Jairon, you are exceptional… Thank you Jairon A, thank you sincerely."

"In general, not a good place to work. When the new administration decided to drop the enthusiastic spirit of thousands of employees from encouraging them to register to the annual Miami's Corporate Run and their numbers dropped from THOUSANDS to 126 employees, that tells you everything you need to know. The new Baptist Health greediness and reduced benefits is a huge red flag."
