"Strange way of standing in line to order. rapid pick up late but all Panera Breads cannot tell time. No one else has anything to do but wait. Staff was friendly at this location, Boca locations always has nice staff."

"Ordered Food for pickup and received it cold although being their promptly. Staff is rude and when I asked if I can have my cinnamon roll warmed up(because it hadn’t been yet) they lately simply stated that she can’t. Store was very messy with dirty tables and bathrooms as well as full to the brim trash cans and dishes. Would Recommend the Panera on N Federal Hwy any-day over this location."

"Need an option for 0 stars. The front desk ladies are super rude. When asked if i can get soup said “no soup” i said when will it be ready they said 8:30 i said that’s two minutes can i at least pay and wait for it? then they gave attitude and kept giving excuses and then went to ask a manager who seemed to have no issue with it. then the girl next to the girl taking my order said “messing up my station “ and kept mumbling under her breathe. Then i decided to wait toward waiting section and saw them both whisper while staring at me. People don’t care who they hire anymore because they can’t even keep employees so why not just let their employees talk to customers whoever they want because they are afraid to lose people."

"We went to the very first shop of Panera at its opening in Youngstown OH. It was amazing! The products, the service , abundance and cleanliness! Since then - it’s water under the bridge! This establishment is the WORST Panera today. We came for breakfast at 9:40 AM. There was no more Artichoke Soufflé ( actually there was only 1 type of 3 pieces! At 9:40 ‼️) No Blueberry muffins, no Hazelnut coffee and no napkins ‼️ We had to ask for everything. I ordered egg white avocado sandwich . Had to wait at the counter for 10 minutes , watching my sandwich laying open next to the toaster ; while the server was aimlessly crawling around with sleepy stair in her eyes. Finally she found avocado behind the scenes and started to finish the sandwich. When I asked to reheat the eggs and cheese , she just ignored me. Of course sandwich was cold, cheese was hard and manager had to redo it for me! S H A M E F U L !! Do not go there‼️"

"After waiting for 15 minutes for my "Rapid Order", I had to chase down my food with the preparers at the rear of the store. When I asked for my drink, the boy with the double face mask (not joking) murmured something and pointed. When I couldn't find my drink and asked for the manager, the manager went to find my drink and very rudely said, "we would have brought it out to the rapid pick-up shelf if you would have just waited." These incompetent workers never had any intention of bringing the food to the rapid pick-up shelf. I've been here 3 times total and the EXACT same experience all 3 times.... I have to chase my food with the people in the back after waiting nearly 15 minutes for my order. And then when I bring it to the attention of the manager, I am answered harshly and very rudely. Panera, please fire the manager on this morning's staff and train your crew to CARE a little bit more about their job. This location is and has already been very very lacking all around for YEARS. Do better. Taking my money elsewhere. To top it off, my breakfast sandwich was supposed to come on an asiago bagel but it came on just a regular bagel. Absolute trash service and your food sucks as much as your manager does."
