"We came to Novello to celebrate Valentine’s Day this year. Our reservation was at 7:30pm for inside, and we waited around 30 minutes, I understand it is a busy day. Maya was friendly and sat us, Salman was our waiter and he did a good job. I asked for the steak to be medium rare and it came out well done, once it came back it was rare and cold in the center. Marco made it right by bringing the seafood linguini which was very good. Great selection of wines. We will definitely come back on a regular day to give it another shot, because the rest of the food was unbelievable. Grazie Marco, Maya and Salman."

"Very unfortunate. We discovered this restaurant as of late and really loved it and have since referred others there. Took my daughter for her birthday last night ... my husband ordered the lamb chops, requested medium, when he got to the second one, he realized they just were over cooked. Told the waitress who kindly offered to get him something else when the owner came running over with plate in hand and a flashlight to aggressively prove my husband wrong. It was just beyond rude. Started arguing with my husband about it. My husband refused to finish., owner, left and charged us full price. Will never go back. Too many nice establishments with great customer service to deal with this nonsense"

"Wow! What an experience! We celebrated my grandmothers birthday and I’m so glad I found this gem. This place is absolutely phenomenal! The staff is absolutely amazing and soo sweet, beautiful restaurant, the service was amazing, the food was phenomenal! So so delicious! I will definitely be returning with the rest of the family!"
