"First, if you had been here when it was the breakfast place you’ll know how much they put into renovating, it looks completely different with a touch of nostalgia regarding the kitchen. There’s a bar you can sit at or a few tables. It’s quite small but cozy. Few booths are being taken up by restaurant supplies which doesn’t look appealing to the aesthetic they went for. Service was okay, appetizer came out with food which seemed to take awhile considering we ordered pasta and a salad, but it was very fresh and flavorful. The Jamaican jerk chicken pasta was by far the best thing we ordered, it included a side of garlic bread. Griot trio was excellent, the piklis has a spice in it I’m not used to and it’s not the usual flavor I’m looking for but give it a try cause.. it’s piklis. The salad was fresh and crunchy and HUGE with lots of chicken, albeit I ordered a grilled chicken cesar. Got the Boca West sauce on the side, it’s a BBQ, Honey Mustard, Buffalo mix with a nice balance of flavor and a great little kick. I will definitely be back to try some other items. Take out seemed to be quick. It was 1PM on a Monday and we sat at the only open table so that says a lot. Honest review."

"Local spot with awesome classic diner food and Haitian food/fusion as well. So few local diners in the area and the price point was lower here than the chains and delicious!! Had French toast eggs and potatoes, and partner got shrimp and grits. Both were great!"

"We found this small jewel by accident and we were pleasantly surprised. The service was great and the food was impeccable! We had the wings as an appetizer... they were fresh, piping hot, and well seasoned. As an entree we had the snapper and the jerk chicken and shrimp... once again they didn't disappoint us. The menu has a great selection including Creole/Haitian dishes to choose from. Everything we consumed was delicious. I'd definitely recommend!"

"People were very nice, especially Tyrone. The food was delish and the West focus sauce on the chicken wings that someone else recommended is really excellent and very different than other sauces you may have had. We also had the onion rings and they are cooked really well with a really nice crunch. They also had fresh made carrot juice and fresh lime juice made like a lemonade. We had a mixture of about 75% lemonade and 25% carrot juice and it was really good."
