Red Lobster

"Went and tried out a different location. Never again. We went for my daughter and husband birthday. Got the all you can eat shrimp. The server barely came to the table had to ask for water twice. Never came to check on us or ask if we needed anything. Only ended up with two rounds of shrimp which would of been cheaper to get the two or three shrimp meal. My two daughter meals came out 10 minutes after me and my husbands did. Was never informed of how long just dropped the meals that were made an left. Had to ask for silverware after food came out cause non was provided. Asked for straws three times before we actually got them. Asked for more biscuits before food even came and had to ask three times. Finally got them after we asked for the check. Watched a different server cater to a party of 12. She was on top of everything came around numerous times to refill there drinks without even asking. Brought extra biscuits before there meal came and after. Mind you they never even asked. Kept them updated on there meals cause all meals could not come out at the same time. Some people at the table has the all you can eat shrimp and before they even finish she had there next request on the table. We had finish ours and took us 10 minutes to flag down the waiter to request more and another 15 minutes to get it. Never got such bad service in my life. Never will go to the Fort Lauderdale location again. Usually go to the one on Coral springs and get awesome service should of made the drive. They always get at least 25% tip. This server better be glad I tip $10 he was not even worth that. Only cause I do gig work and know how important tips are to your income but I also know tip are not guaranteed and when provided great service can come with great reward Never know who your serving. If he only put his heart into his job he would of got easy $30 or more."

"Best Red Lobster in the county. Service could be improved some, but it's still amazing. Reason I give 4 stars for Service is because it took waiter a while to see us and get us started with drinks/appetizers. Keep up the great job!!"

"Please call ahead and ask if there is enough staff…. We had a party of 8 and a new or training staff member waited on us. There is much to be said of support for the staff member waiting on our table. The employee was either new or in training We had to wait about 15 mins for the drinks and there was no communication or updates. There was “no biscuits “ and we had to wait over 30 mins for the biscuits…. Again no communication or updates. The biscuits were hit and fresh when they arrived Note a table of 6 was seated after us and received their biscuits immediately. Our table did not have silverware and we needed to reach out and ask for silver ware and plates. There was minimal check-ins for refills and to see if the table was good. The waiter did check in a few times after we received the food. My burger was properly cooked but I felt was lacking a bit of seasoning. The fries were fresh and I enjoyed them could have used a tiny bit more salt and an extra ketchup portion. I cannot comment on the rest of the dishes I think they were fine. Final remarks, we frequent this red lobster and today’s service was disappointing. I can say the party I’m with likes to come here but we will make sure and call ahead and check staffing next time."

"Chevy was great!!! Everything including appetizers came out within 15 minutes or less. The food was hot and delicious and better than on time. He was professional and delivered excellent customer service."

"The service is absolutely amazing! Our server Candi is the most polite, energetic, and the most welcoming server ever! She made our time at red lobster feel so warming and it was an experience that everyone would enjoy. I recommend coming to Red Lobster of Fort Lauderdale. They make you feel at home and the service couldn’t be any better. Candi is an amazing sever and Red Lobster should be proud to have such a great server as herself. The food was also to die for. I definitely recommend ordering the Ultimate Feast! And please make sure to ask for the lobster pizza and more of their famous dinner rolls. They are so delicious."
