"This McDonald’s has to be the worst I’ve been to. Today they kept me waiting in the drive thru line for almost 10 mins only to say “our system isn’t working. Come inside w cash.” It would have been nice to tell us that when I pulled up vs me wasting my time and still not having my food. I’ve called before only for them to say I’m sorry and that’s it. This one is close to my house but I’ve literally had to drive out of my way to get better service. I don’t understand how this store has such a high Google Rating. The reviews are most likely just employ reviews."
"very slow borderline special needs staff; talking wild in Haitian or weird French; slow disoriented the whole staff seems like they’re sleeping; hire appropriate staff I can’t wait 30 minutes for a frozen burger let’s go !!! WAKE UP !!!!!!!!"
"I occasionally go to this McDonald’s location during the day but the vast majority I go to this location is in the early AMs after all the McDonald’s closest to my house closes at midnight. This place sometimes has a huge line on the weekends at night but it’s generally pretty good. They keep the line moving along pretty good. They always get my order correct and cook everything right! I love this McDonald’s!"
