"I recently had the pleasure of ordering at a Sunset Caribbean Bistro restaurant, and I must say, it was an unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was enveloped in the warm and inviting aroma of Haitian flavors that immediately set the stage for a memorable meal. Mezami , “ Creole translation - Oh my gosh “, the food is a 10 out of 10 no disappointment at all. They have won a customer in me for LIFE . Now I’m a foodie and was skeptical because a few Haitian restaurants have let me down but baby this taste like home cooking and someone in the back slaving over the food . I order a legume and the legume was cooked to perfection . It had a nice savory smooth taste and the texture and color was on point. The meat in the legume was all beef and had a crab infused flavor . If you’ve had legume from other restaurants you know they can be stingy with the meat and baby this was the total opposite every spoon was filled with beef and carrots. The rice was nice buttery jasmine rice and don’t get me started on the bean sauce you can eat that by itself . I can’t not leave out the fried plantains they were made to order . I had to loosen my pants buckle for this meal . Listen I honestly I’m ready to try everything on this menu ASAP!! I can’t forget the customer service . It was unmatched I was greeted at the door and given a truly warm welcome by the owner I am so happy to have found this gem. Overall, my experience with Sunset Caribbean Bistro left me with a deep appreciation for the culinary heritage it represents. It's more than just a meal; it's a celebration of culture, tradition, and the joy of sharing delicious food with loved ones. If you haven't experienced the soulful delights of Haitian food, I highly recommend it. It's an experience that will nourish your soul as much as your appetite!!"

"Very personalized service, excellent food and quiet clean restaurant. Our first time but we will be back. We have never had Haitian food before, but wow… amazing! The soursop smoothie was fantastic as well. It was recommended because of my interest in health. Amazing health benefits and taste was outstanding!! Immacula, is the owner. She is pleasant and gracious! She speaks Spanish too!"

"I stopped by for the first time the other day because I was craving Pate Kode and I’m so happy. Along with the pate kode, I also had the poule en sauce with du riz collé. Everything was so good and not over seasoned. The pate kode was crispy and made to order. The service was also great and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely be back."
