"I got there at 8 A.M and this store isn't open yet, but on the door it shows they open at 7 A.M. Please update your hours of operation, if you don't have the man power to operate at an early time."
"This location decided to charge 50 cents per sauce now for an order that I spent $23 on. That’s ridiculous. “Only for nuggets” even though what I got was more expensive. That just left a bad taste in my mouth. With how expensive food is these days you would think they would at least cut a break on sauces. Unbelievable. Also, when you do it on the app, it doesn’t charge you."
"This night crew is unprofessional, inappropriate and showed lack of respect to several paying customers who came in this evening. I’m very disappointed that this chain restaurant allows this type of behavior. Maybe it’s independently owned/operated? Service was slow, my order was wrong and the inept staff had to be corrected several times to try and get it right. The presentation was discouraging and the tables had recently been sprayed but not wiped dry."

"I was given a Ceasar salad with the name "Apple Pecan", attached to it. It came with Ceasar dressing, parmesian crisps, blue cheese, and apple bites. There was no raspberry vinegrate, no candied pecans. Today, I'm really not feeling well and I was hoping for proper service to help make my day better since I cannot serve myself while being ill. I definitely had a craving for something specific and was handed flavors I'm not interested in what-so-ever which added to my discomfort. I specifically came to this location remembering how good the service was last time. This time, I don't know if I'll back."
