Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Worst food experience ever. We walked all the way to the other side of the mall to get to the chipotle. If you’re familiar with sawgrass mills mall, you will know that we walked like a mile to get an order from chipotle. It was 7 PM and they were scheduled to close at 9 PM. They had nothing in there hot table. They were out of almost everything needed to make any kind of meal. We were not the only ones disappointed because as we sat waiting for food that we ordered from the Burger King instead, we just watched many people walk up get turned away and leave. This chipotle, Mexican Grill has a ton of potential but the staff that they have currently working there is the worst and I don’t recommend eating here to anyone. Horrible."

"This is the second review I leave for this place. The first one was months ago, and not favorable. Because my kids love Chipotle, I decided to give this location a second try after months of not eating there. Fool me twice and it's on me totally applies here. I gave two stars because the food was ready on time, finally! I placed it online and picked up, once I got home and opened my burrito bowl, I just laughed. See the picture. I don't even understand how is physically possible to pack a meal so badly. Needless to say I was hungry still after eating it."

"First time ever writing a review. Service was not good was scoffed at as I ordered. Guy ran to the front to overcharge me for guac. Didn’t want to make a scene so paid for it and left promptly."

"I ordered delivery from this location today and I got my rice and beans on the side because I don’t like it mixing with the rest of the bowl and they gave me 2 bites worth of each!"

"I just picked up an order I submitted online the people who made my order did an excellent job. I don’t know who the lady at the register was but she made a big deal about me asking for salt and lime with my order by actually leaving the register to tell the not to give it to me. After she said that they don’t have it. I think it’s perfectly reasonable to say that your busy and wouldn’t like to slow things down with that request but I know they have it, I have got it before at this location and if there was an option for me to request it online I would have gladly requested that way. I don’t know what to the issue is but I can recognize overworked underpaid when I see it. The company/ owners/ managers have the ability to improve conditions pay workers a better wage through these tight time, or staff appropriately I hope something changes soon. The service just keeps slowly getting worse I don’t eat out often I enjoyed my food as I’m eating it while writing this but I urge who ever reads this to find a way to support the staff to help better customer service."
