"If I get asked to pull around or come inside to get my food one more time I’m going to freak out. Every time I come to this location they ask me to drive around this tiny little drive true because the food isn’t ready. First of all we all know why you’re doing it. The whole purpose of timing how fast you get the customer out of the drive thru is so the CUSTOMER doesn’t have to wait for food. Not so you can FAKE your way to some stupid bonus. Literally 15 seconds later they handed me my food. What a joke, basically tocobell owners are telling the employees to inconvenience the guest to reach some dumb corporate goal. Wake up!!! Not to mention the dirty look the manager gave me when I refused to move my car. Don’t worry I live two minutes from you and I’ll gladly drive 15 minutes to another location that values customers."
