"The host supposedly wiped the table clean but it was dripping wet. When I asked him to dry the table, he dried the area AROUND the menu. When I asked him to dry under the menu, he obliged. The server placed my pancakes on the table in absolute silence--just like a vending machine. No cutlery on the table and she was off. I had to ask for cutlery. They had no butter pecan or blueberry syrup--she announced. No apology. She did not even bother to find out if I needed anything. She must have been sick on the day that they had training."
"This was the most HORRID experience I’ve had at IHOP. I came for the free pancakes and drinks. My Mango Splasher was not ‘splashing’, and the service WAS NOT up to par. The waiter took 15 minutes to take our order, forgot we were here, forgot my blueberries and strawberries in my drink, and him and all the other workers looked like they were on illegal substances. I do not recommend going to this IHOP, companies these days be hiring anyone."
"They said there wasn't any lemonade when I ordered it since they were waiting for their truck to arrive. My mother did not like her salad since it had white onions instead of purple ones, and my sandwich arrived with the crusty part of the bread. There were not enough flavors. Our waiter was courteous and tried her hardest. We won't be returning when we go to Florida in the future."
"I ordered lemonade and was told there wasn't any as they were waiting for their truck to come in. My sandwich I ordered came with the end part of the bread and my mother did not enjoy her salad, there were white onions instead of the purple ones. Flavors were lacking. Our waitress was good and did the best she could. Don't think we will be back when we visit Florida again."
"This was below zero, by far the most ridiculous display I’ve ever seen. Brick hard pancakes with one squirt of dulce de leche, what appeared to be freeze dried onions and peppers, couldn’t find the chicken in the omelette until I found it… the server was nice, but overworked. She was the only person working the floor on her second day…. One friend had the crepes with hair cooked in, another friends eggs were cooked with sliced cheese, we were too afraid of a remake, my entire table had to send our food back. I will NEVER come back. EVER."
