"It is incredible that today with how bad customer consumption is because the flow of customers has dropped a lot. McDonald's continues to be the same disaster as always. More than 20 minutes waiting for an order, people yelling at another employee for spending too much time in the bathroom, others with their cell phones in their hands, (as if the rest of us didn't exist) a person laughing at me behind me when I asked for help. I don't understand how they continue to be like this. It's a very bad experience to go there just because of the bad service."
"I'm pretty surprised at all of the bad reviews for this location. Between drive-thru orders and Uber eats, I've probably eaten from this McDonald's about 30 times in the past year. The wait is typically a little longer, but the food is always so hot and more fresh than surrounding locations. At the end of the day, it's just McDonald's. I don't have high expectations. 9/10 times the wait is reasonable."
