"Wow they got mad and hung up on me! So I got a email and message from indeed October 11 2023 This message was from one of there managers Chris. He asked me to send my resume and give him a call. I did just that, he told me that he would call me on Monday and set up a interview. I tried to reach him for weeks after that with no response! I called there corporate office and the lady that answered was sweet and super helpful. She told me that Chris would reach out. He never did until 5th call to there office. He told me that he would reach out soon. He was busy with the new restaurants and had not time at the moment. Unfortunately so he never got back to me. I called him, emailed him, left messages. Nada! I called corporate again! They assured me he would call me. Nada nothing again. I ask if they can give me someone else who would help me, but Chris is the mam to speak with. Yesterday I called this is my 10th time calling. Maggie that was great said I am texting him now he will reach out. Again nothing. TODAY I CALLED AND ASKED WHATS GOING ON. I DONT UNERSTAND. THE LADY NOT SURE HER NAME STARTED OFF GREAT ENDED UP HANGING UP ON ME AND SAID WE GAVE YOUR INFORMATION TO THE CORESPONDING PERSON THEY WILL REACH OUT AND JUST HUNG UP. IN Q NOT NICE WAY. WHAT DID I DO BESIDES BE PERSISTENT IN GETTING A JOB? I AM NOT TJE ONE THST DOESNT RESPOND GET MAD AT CHRIS NOT ME. I CANT BELIEVE THEY WOULD TREAT ME LIKE THIS. I THINK THEY HAVE THERE HANDS FULL BUT THATS NOT MY ISSUE I WANT A JOB TO HELP THEM. THIS WAS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THIS! I WISH THEM LUCK. I have been in the business for over 20 years never been thru this. I interviewed with the owner last year he told me he was setting up shift for me to follow the manager to see if I like the position. That never happened, so I was happy when they reached out. It's sad I really like the place and wanted the job. I think I would have been a great asset. I mean look, the hiring manager don't even respond. I would have never done that clearly he may not be the man for the job. Being clear to someone that looking for a job is so important, it people's lives we are talking about! That being said clarity is what we need so we know to wait or keep looking! I hope they change this for the future. I hope they stop hanging up on folks that are just looking for work. Can't get mad at me due to your employee not getting back to me. This is sad."
