"The pizza was undercooked, extra greasy and the cheese slipped all off the pizza"

"Just horrible. I needed to grab something quick to eat and this was the only place that did not have a line. I ordered to two cheese pizzas and lemonade. It was absolutely disgusting. The cheese pizza had a lot of oil on it and tasted stale as a matter of fact the only reason I choose the pizza was because nothing else looked fresh. The lemonade tasted expired and watered down. I was given a piece of hard bread that had breadcrumbs on it. If the Italians know this is the way they are being represented, it would probably start a war. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family because the food is horrible."

"I literally just picked up some baked ziti from the Gardens Mall. I haven't had Sbarro's in many years and was glad to hear they were back. I grab my fork anticipating my first bite....and boy was it gross! Absolutely disgusting. They clearly changed the recipe from the 90's and that was a bad move. By no means am I expecting 5 star authentic Italian food but this is disgraceful. Won't be going back there ever again. My fond childhood memories of going to the mail with my friends and having Sbarro with my girls after shopping is now sadly replaced by the bitter aftertaste and Sahara-esque dryness of the pasta that I tossed in the trash after a forkful. Good luck with that recipe and ingredient "quality." You'll need it!"

"I don’t usually write reviews but this experience really frustrated me. One guy behind the counter responded to me in a very rude and passive aggressive manor after asking him a question about an item on the menu. He then proceeded to speak to me as if I was stupid and wasting his time. I know this is a fast food restaurant in a mall and I shouldn’t expect much from service but as someone who has worked in food service since the moment I turned 16, it really doesn’t take much effort to talk to customers with some decency and respect. And for context, no I did nothing to provoke this kind of behavior, maybe that’s just his personality. If it is, he really needs to fix it before he speaks to the wrong person like he did to me."
