"My order was completed at 742. Location closed at 8pm. I ordered a chicken bowl and I guess they mentioned in the front that no cheese was available. But she was training someone and she was so soft-spoken I didn't hear. It was to go, I was home by 750, everything is cold. Rice, chicken. All cold-it wasn't just turned off; it appears it was off heat for at least an hour with how cold it was. Awful. Terrible dinner. Will not go back. I tried to call directly but didn't answer phone...this was still before they closed."

"Horrible experience because of the woman employee bossing every single staff member around, making them feel embarrassed in front of the entire line. The woman went from dishing rice in our bowls to the cash register and back about 5 times all while yelling at the staff to "LISTEN TO HER!" She told them how incompetent they are, asking why they are talking to each other mean while the boy was asking a customer how he wanted his bowl, looking at the customers and rolling her eyes in disgust at her employees. I asked this particular rude woman for a dressing at least 5 times, maybe she should be the one paying attention. Every team member was happy and doing their job while she blamed them for messing up, she was the only one messing up. Working in the food industry almost my entire life, this woman is the problem and I will never eat at this Chipotle again."

"Super disappointed. Out of all locations, I figured visiting the Palm Beach Gardens location would be pleasant. The place was absolutely disgusting, there was no ice no napkins and all the tables were dirty. The food tasted mediocre, it seems that every location varies with the new Al Pastore chicken. The best part is the cashier had her Beats on her head and was having a conversation while assisting customers. Since when is it OK and acceptable to have headphones in/on while assisting customers? I’m hoping chipotle reminds their staff that they have a job because of paying customers like myself. My thinking is, if you don’t like customer service or dealing with the public then, please, find something else to do for work."

"I love chipotle and I went to this location today it’s very unhygienic no cleanliness they don’t even have the items in pan, no Rice, fajitas and guacamole. When u chicken looks like it’s there been since last 3 days. Service was good."
