"This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in the 8 states I've lived in... The customer service is always awful! So many rude employees and I really don't understand how they get away with such negative attitudes. Clearly management doesn't care about customer service, quality of food or their job let alone the people that they're supervising. Hands down this location is a horrible representation of what Wendy's should be like... It makes me sad because of all the fast food chains Wendy's is my favorite and unfortunately this location is the one closest to my neighborhood so I've stopped eating at Wendy's all together unless I happen to be in a different city/ area. Wendy's Corporate should really pay attention to this location because it needs a lot of help!"

"Service is always questionable. Late at night it's 50/50 they even answer the Drive-Thru. Today, my last visit there I ordered a $6 Biggie Bag meal, that came out to $7.38. They don't give out receipts, either they did not understand my order, which isn't likely because the food I received was my order, the menu pricing was wrong, or they scammed me for $1. Avoid this Wendy's, there is a Checker's right down the road that has better and more honest service."

"We haven’t even ordered yet and I’m still pretty disgusted at the restaurant. Walked into a person sleeping, in the floor, in the corner. The bathrooms have no soap. When we walked in the looks we got let us know we definitely weren’t welcome. We love Wendy’s for our fast food stops. We won’t be back to this one."

"My visit to the Wendy's on Boynton Beach Blvd during the rush hour at 5:39 PM was highly disappointing. The drive-through attendant, Bobo, displayed a distinct lack of communication skills, rendering my order incomprehensible. Additionally, upon reaching the window, her actions seemed more focused on concealing something, rather than attending to the customer. The overall customer service was subpar, and the peculiar absence of other patrons in the drive-through during peak traffic hours raises concerns. I believe it is imperative for the management to address these issues promptly and effectively, as this location may require significant improvement or, in extreme cases, reconsideration of its operation."

"Unbelievable!! Nevermind the lack of friendliness at this Wendy's but the way they just threw the chili beans container upside down in the paper bag and when I arrived back at work and I grabbed my food boom chilli all over my car. People need to do better and perform quality customer service and companies need to train better. I know u can't fix stupid but hire better humans. Wasted money ."
