"Ugh… hard giving this rating because staff is very nice but… it’s very loud and unprofessional. In the guest room, they allowed, LITERALLY, 10-12 visitors at the same time. It was not an isolated incident because my mom was hospitalized twice in one week due to complications from a surgery. The second time around, which is what prompted me to write this review, 9 visitors just walked in at the same time (2 are already in here) at 7:45pm with trays of food platters and set up buffet style in the shared space. I think it’s great that they are visiting their sick loved ones but this is really inappropriate and inconsiderate of other patients. And much more inappropriate that it’s allowed by hospital policy/staff."
"don't recommend you ever go to this hospital. doctor told me to have "mercy" on my father, who was intubated, instead of being focused on getting him better. if you want your family to be taken care of properly go anywhere else."
"My grandma waited 3 hrs to get a room and over 7 additional hrs for a deadly obstruction in her intestines. No way to reach her or the staff, shut this place down. Poorly maintained, no actual support or staff number. Absolutely terrible, more of a funeral arrangement building than anything close to hospitality. Avoid."
"Horrible experience. Will definitely not recommend this hospital. I was there for surgery and they left me in the waiting area for over three hours before they took me in. Also there is no communication from staff. I would rather drive 20 miles to any hospital than being seen there again."
"A shame of hospital. I went there at 9:30pm on an ambulance, having huge pain in my back, throwing up, and breathing problems. When I arrived, they took 1 hour to have a nurse attend me in emergencies. Then, they made tests on me which is normal. However, they waited until 12am to do them, with me in pain, without any type of medication. It wasn’t until 2am that they decided to give me medication for my pain. At 4:30am, they decided to drop me out of the hospital because “there was a slowdown in the system and the results weren’t available until Monday”. Now I am wondering looking for a Uber in the streets at 4:30am, unbelievable. This is the way they are trying to save lives?"
