"Do not be fooled by any good reviews of this hospital. This might be the worst place in Miami. Thank GOD I only spent 1 day there and had my friend pick me up as I checked myself out. The nurses never gave me the medicines I used at home. I got 1 dose of medicine 4 hours late after calling it in over and over again. By that time my BP had spiked. Got home and took my Medicines on time and the right pills and got better right away. My room door was left open constantly and barely got any sleep. I was taken there by their Urgent Care Facility own ambulance . The nurse kills half the day just sitting down since I could hear the voices down the hall since the door was always open and the rooms have cameras so why not answer the medicines on time ? Avoid anything that has the Baptist name on it. I wanted to go to the Hospital in Kendall but they only use their own facilities to make money. Now I know where never to go again. The building is pretty but the room nurse does nothing. Lucky to get out alive."

"Nurses and technicians were courteous, friendly, and made me comfortable before, during, and after the procedure. The radiologist's report was available to me online the same day. Most things ran smoothly. A few shortcomings. It's a shame that valet parking is no longer available. In the text message, no instructions were given on how to find the diagnostic imaging department. Also, Baptist Health gave me no instructions on how to prepare for the procedure. If I hadn't read article online, I might have used certain medicines which would have cause my procedure to be canceled."

"Excellent professional attention from the beginning at check-in to Calcium test. All employees communicated the process and kept me at ease. I never waited more than five to ten minutes. The parking was next to the entrance which made this helpful and convenient. Thanks to all!"

"I went to the Imaging Center for an MRI. I have a pacemaker so a whole wonderful team were involved in making sure that I had a successful MRI experience stress free. All of the staff were so patient, kind, professional and caring. They all took the time to explain to me along the way the process which helped me feel comfortable. I thank my group of Angel's. Thank you all for from my heart for a wonderful experience."

"Very poor opinion of this hospital, it’s imaging services and it’s staff. The imaging center has been moved to the back of south Miami hospital, very secluded and when the appointment was made no mention was made that it had been moved. Also very disappointed as have had my mammograms done at Baptist for over 30 plus years. However, now as was explained by Baptist staff, the protocol is to charge its patients an upfront estimated fee. In my case, $792! Even though the annual mammogram is fully covered by my insurance. In other words in order to have the mammogram, an upfront fee is required to play with the patients money, then hold it to be returned who knows when? This is the worst policy and it’s a policy that will make women not get a mammogram leading to higher cancer rates. Hopefully I can find another imaging service that is not a scammer like Baptist hospital. And now will have to seek another imaging place that does not have any of my past history and past mammograms as have been going to Baptist for many years."
