"The Joint Recovery and ICU are phenomenal! BSN Amanda in Joint Recovery and PCA Youseline were fantastic, always so welcoming and made sure my mother was well taken care of. Any questions I had they were happy to answer and treated her with such love and care. ICU nurses Chelsea and Massel (I hope I spelled his name right) were equally amazing. They both were attentive and you can feel how much they cared for there patients. All four of these employees deserve recognition because I know there jobs are not easy but to come to work and make your patients feel the way they all do is phenomenal and speaks a lot to there characters and love for there jobs. My family and I thank you!"

"This is so ridiculous, my family and came to the hospital after hearing news about my uncle being very sick. The nurse at the front desk told us he was being discharged after knowing he already passed. The patient representative Jenny lead us to a room with the doctor then poorly communicated that he had passed away after giving us the runaround for a whole hour. As soon as we got the news we tried to have more family come to see the body but Jenny then proceeded to tell us that we had to leave."

"Have been bringing my daughter here since she was a baby for outpatient imaging. I’ve never had an issue getting an appointment until recently they never answer the phones just keeps ringing and ringing. Once you’re able to get someone on the phone the process is smooth and they are all so nice. I’m giving a 2 because i’ve been trying to get my daughters reports and images to give to her doctors in miami and it has been a total nightmare. They send reports without images and never answer the phone. The doctors down in miami even called to let me know they’ve been trying for WEEKS countless times to get in touch with someone here for medical records. Such a shame that this is how they run business. Now I have to drive down there completely out of my way to speak to someone and try to get these images and reports. Do better. Will most likely be switching hospitals for imaging unless they can rectify the situation"

"This hospital is a complete joke. I came in at 12 with serve neck and back pain after sitting in an empty waiting room for a hour I got called into the back to talk to a nurse for 2 minutes. Then to be left alone sorting in a room for 2 hours to get a cat scan. A bunch of girls sitting behind their desk gossiping and playing on their phones. I FINALLY got my cat scan and now I’m left to wait another 45 min to a hour. I WILL never come back to this place. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I recommend driving the extra 15 min and go to Memorial in Hollywood"

"As I sit in the hallway with no room these people are asking me personal questions in front of everyone then ask to take my blood. I’ve been sitting here for hours meanwhile people are in here just to get sleep or come down off a high. 1 start shouldn’t be the lowest rating google should have I’ll never come back here."
