"The girls in the office are always very helpful, and I have never had an issue with the Drs I generally make my appts with Maydelis which I love, but whenever she isn’t available I have seen Michael, or Olga and very good as well."

"Family has been patients for many years. Doctors are great, staff is really unprofessional. They will hang up on you, screw up appointments. They have no consideration for their patients. Prepare to go in person if you need or want any documents faxed within a 2 week period, or else it might not happen. My family and I are searching for a new primary doctor. It's a shame"

"First time in this office. The reason why I left my last primary may be the same reason I leave this one. Poor communication and rude staff. Ayleen or Eileen or Ilene. Not sure of the spelling since my interaction was over the phone. I called to get my results from the ultrasound done since I never received a call back when I requested it. She answers and tells me that it just showed. I told her that I asked to get a call back and was promised one because I never received one for my blood work when they are supposed to have that done. She tells me that the doctor made the mistake and signed off on it and that’s why I didn’t get a call back. I then asked her to have the doctor call me in regards to the medication prescribed and she tells me that If I want to go over the results, that I need to make an appointment with the doctor or do telemedicine. I told her that I wasn’t trying to talk about the results but about the medicine. She then repeated to me and cut me off/talking over to me that I would need to make an appt to discuss results. She wasn’t paying attention to me and wasn’t helpful. Rude and then she said that she was going to put me with Julie, her supervisor to explain to me again the procedure. Safe to say, no matter how good the doctor can be, the staff has needs to be just as good. Did speak to Julie and she showed respect, restraint in letting me speak and voice my concerns and is the only reason why I’m not giving this a 1 star."

Dr, Case is a great Doctor, with lot of experience, dedicated and he loves his profession. Thank you for taking care me and my family. Lot of blessings!!"
