McDonald's

"I used to go to this McDonald’s every morning for breakfast great service in the morning but any other time is horrible. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. It gave its usual spill about having your mobile number if you’re using your mobile app. Then nothing I say hello nothing. 5 minutes go by a white guy pulls up to the other speaker I hear “ May I take your order” so then I wait thinking they going to take my order nothing. Another white person pulls up “ May I take your order” at this point I pulled off I know it’s cameras and you can see the cars. I will not give that location my business ever again. I’ll go to the locations that’s considered to be “hood” because at least I’ll get served"

"Never in my life have I ever had such a horrible experience at a McDonald's. To begin, the kiosk never gave us a receipt. Our order was missing an apple pie. When my husband went to claim it the person behind the register was rude and dismissive. We weren't going to argue about a one dollar apple pie, so we let it go and sat down to finish our meal. We watched in horror how this same person proceeded to treat a child that had come to the counter with a question. McDonald's, you should be ashamed of yourselves to have such rude, obnoxious and non hospitable employee's representing your brand. I watched in disgust how nearly every customer who approached the counter was treated. Needless to say, it was my first time entering this McDonald's in a long time and it will certainly be my last. I strongly suggest you screen your future hires better for personality deficits. Your crew at this McDonald's does not care at all about how they make your brand look."

"Need to do better with your customer service skills. I wanted to pay with cash this morning for my order, but your location did not offer a change of the cash that I had because I was informed it was not brought over yet. When I asked to speak to the manager, the woman at the window informed me that she was the manager, and when I was trying to say something, she decided to close the window in my face. If you’re going to serve breakfast or any type of meal, you should have enough cash on premises to offer your customers. What if I didn’t have a credit card whose fault would that have been? This is unprofessional and your manager should get a lesson on customer service skills on how to speak to customers instead of closing the door in their face. This will be the last time I will be stopping at this location"

"I just stopped by on a weekend at noon, to get coffee and use the restroom. My Capuchino was perfect, and took two minutes to prepare. The restroom was sparkling clean. The entire place looks modern and clean and roomy, see my photos."
