"So I would not recommend this place to go to for lunch. Like most Americans lunch is a 30 minute process and to order your food, it’s going to take about 10 to 15 minutes. The employees will not apologize. They won’t explain the wait, they won’t do anything, they will just stare at you as you stare at them. So if you need to eat quickly, this is not the fast food restaurant for you. Also when you do get your food, it will be subpar. The rice will be hard. The beans will be cold and and the chicken will still be pink on the inside. Just drive a little bit and go to La Granja ."

"Ordered online for P/U. This went smooth. There is not an option when ordering in the app for a side of bean juice. I asked and the lady read my ticket and said NO. I asked another and they explained to lady what it was. The lady gave to me with an annoyed silence. I left. Got home. The chicken was white when the receipt read dark. Drove back. Explained. I watched the manager exchange chicken only. I piped up and asked all (rice and beans) also be replaced because they are cold now. Manager did so. He passes to same lady from before. She puts on counter with No apology or Thank You and turns away. I turn to leave. They all, Manager included laughed loudly. I was feeling furious on my drive home. I had just paid $28.00 for absolutely horrible customer service. Check your orders before leaving!!!"

"Ordered it, they didn’t give us any sauce. I ordered an avocado salad. It was supposed to come with tomato it barely had any, it had less than half of an avocado and I had to eat the salad dry because they neglected to put any sauce."

"I ordered online TWENTY FOUR hours in advance just for them to give my order to someone else and then tell me I have to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes for my order. I got here at 4:30 pm when my order was supposed to be ready and it’s 5:10 pm and I still don’t have my order. This is so unacceptable, why even have the option for people to order ahead of time? I was supposed to be somewhere by 4:45 I am beyond mad. Not even an apology was given to me. Unreal."
