"I just want to give a shout out to Marcus who is one of the managers here. I arrived when it was busy and he's working hard with being where he needs to be. Whether it was helping customers, pushing the drive thru line, or helping his employees. And on top of that he has a great personality and customer service skills. Will definitely come back!"

"Forgot my brownie.. Right before close on a Saturday. And I paid for it. The food quality is absolutely horrible as well. I get it, I came right before close. But close earlier if you’re going to sell food in this bad of condition. Chicken and fries are as if they turned the heaters off at 9:30pm. Easily worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve had ever. Do better."

"Today was the release day of Chick-fil-A's new sandwich with pimento cheese sauce on it. I made the mistake of driving over to give it a try. I was actually kind of excited about it since I like pimento cheese. Well.... I could have saved myself a trip... and now I am trying to save you a trip. You'd think on the release date they would try and do it up right... but everything about my sandwich was not so great. First... the amount of sauce was ridiculous... and didn't even cover half the bun. Which really wasn't all that bad since I did not find it nice tasting at all. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. In addition to that disappointment... the fries AND chicken were overcooked and dry. It seems to me that Chick-fil-A has gone the way of the other fast food restaurants where no effort is made toward excellence. Oh well... I used to really enjoy their food and visited a couple of times a month. Now? A time or two per year... and that might be too often."

"I haven’t been inside in a long time. The nice thing about chick fila is that the chicken sandwiches are always super hot because of their packaging system. I waited 12 minutes inside for my food. They give you a number and you wait at the table for someone to bring the food. My number was orange fries so I guess they have no way of knowing who is next. Somehow my fries were cold. Never happened before in the drive through. Please note that the drive through is a steady crazy despite another chicken place next door."

"Parking is snug and drive thru is packed, the parking lot itself is small. The inside is not as busy as drive thru, but the atmosphere isn't the same as all the other Chick-fil-A's I have been to. This particular Chick-fil-A is not as welcoming or clean. The employee that took my order was fast and friendly, I believe his name was Darnell. He was the best part about my visit as he was knowledgeable and on point. Although, my order was taken correctly I am not a fan of the two sauce rule at this location. I even asked to pay for the other two sauces I needed but inorder to get more sauce I had to buy a whole bottle, which is a bit ridiculous. The fries were hot and tasted great but I order a large and it wasn't a full thing of fries. The wrap I bought went up a lot on price, but it had very little chicken in it and was mainly romaine. Overall I am very disappointed in my visit here and will not be coming back to this one, but I love Chick-fil-A food and sweet tea so I would recommend skipping this location and going to another one."
