"I was looking forward to trying their pulled pork sandwich. It was horrible and I should have taken a photo of it. What little meat they put in it was dry and overcooked. The amount of meat covered less than 2/3 of the bun in a single layer. My neighbor went with me and she said hers was disappointing too. Definitely not up to Sonic’s usual standards."

"So… I ordered a Route 44 diet Dr Pepper with vanilla and cream. Delicious! But when I finished it and open the glass so I could see how much ice there was. I saw a little bug hanging out on the ice. So I would be careful next time you go in I would check your ice and if you’re reading this and you’re the restaurant management you need to clean your ice bins once a week and wipe everything down, and then double check every day for bugs because that is nasty"

"Food was gross. Ended up throwing in the trash. Giving them a one star is generous. Did a pick up order and still took forever to get the food. The sad part is we got a milkshake and a sundae. How do you mess that up? I will not be returning."

"Ordered medium onion rings, received like 6 TINY thin rings that had basically no breading. So imagine 6 thin grilled onions. It was pathetic. Can’t believe it even left the kitchen like that. When I let the kitchen know that it was unacceptable they said they would remake them and took 15+ min…after waiting finally someone said they are out of onion rings. They offered another item as a replacement. Total time spent getting order and getting everything sorted was almost an hour. Worst sonic experience EVER. Skip this sonic and head to McDonald’s."

"The worst customer service anywhere and they always get your order wrong, not once have I been there when my order has been correct and I get attitude on the phone especially from the manager on duty named Melanie who couldn’t have been more rude. bad service comes from bad management. Keith however who is another one of the managers was very friendly the first time I spoke to him so I have nothing bad to say about him by the customer service and the accuracy of orders is horrendous The bread on the pictures included is supposed to be toasted does that look toasted to anyone in the world? Check out the website pictures of the exact item it’s a double grilled cheeseburger. Looks perfectly toasted in the pictures online not like the white bread I got on mine."
