"My wife and I had a really bad experience here. One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. All 3 staff members we interacted with were bad, but the worst one was the woman with face tattoos at the 2nd drive thru window. She treated my wife so poorly over sauces! Full story: We placed a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. A few minutes later, we noticed we were missing a 10 piece nugget and all of our sauces. We made a u-turn and went back through the drive thru where they said to pull around. Once we got up to the window, we explained what happened, they closed the window, talked among each other and then came back with our nuggets (without saying a single word to us). Then my wife asked for our sauces, and that’s when things went downhill. The woman started to argue with us and shout at us that we “already got our sauces the first time” and “that’s not my fault or problem” (pointing to the bagger), and said that she could not give us more sauces. We assured her that wasn’t true, and that we got 0 sauces the first time. She continued to argue with us before finally deciding to give us 2 sauces, stating “I can’t give you 3 because you already got some the first time” to which we just took the 2 and gave up. I’ve never seen such a display of senseless aggression and rudeness from a McDonald’s employee over something so small. Wild."
"Horrible service, they wouldn't even give me what I paid for. Plus I only got 1/2 a mcflurry. When we asked for a full one, we were denied abs told to be happy we got anything."
"The restaurant was spotless, clean and garbage in the parking lot. Service was efficient. Employees were on top of their game, attentive and polite. Jonathan was polite and made sure I had an A+ customer experience. A lot of fast-food places should be learned from this location."
"I have never ever gotten the right size drink from this McDonald’s they never fill the cup and best of all they won’t give receipts so you can’t complain. As well as the rudest service workers and colder than room temperature food, this might no joke be the worst McDonald in Florida."
"The restaurant was clean and relatively uncrowded. Our order was served correctly within two minutes, despite the store experiencing an afterschool rush in the drive-thru. Best of all, the ice cream machine was actually working! All in all, this McDonald's gets five stars from me."
