"This is going to sound absolutely crazy, but the food here tastes better than most takeout places I’ve ordered from in central and south palm beach county. Get the garlic shrimp, broccoli veggies, and most definitely pay extra for the pork fried rice…Who would ever think a mall food court Chinese spot would be so tasty and spank most actual takeout restaurants? Trust me I’m just as confused as you are about that."

"My father recently went to lotus Express ordered a couple of dishes for my mother and he and the food was unbelievably horrible and not fresh. When my father went and showed them how horrendous the food was, they basically told him too bad, threw out his dishes and kept his money. Forget the fact that your food is an affront to humanity, you attitude and disrespect towards your customers is shameful."
"I always come here when I come to the mall. Fortunately my experience here wasn’t as bad as these other reviews. The rice is good. I tried their plantains and it was delicious. Maybe people think the workers are rude because of the language barrier, otherwise I think it’s no different than any other Chinese food place that I’ve been to. Try it out."
