Field of Greens - Wellington

"I get a create your own salad & ask for it not to be chopped and it comes chopped. I call I just get a sorry, doesn't really do me any good at all. This isn't a silly side salad for 6 bucks. This is a 17$ salad I just ordered and I get a "sorry won't happen again" when this is the THIRD time it's happened. Seriously so angry that I'm stuck going here because it's the only place to accommodate my allergy. I'm so tired of spending my hard earned money on a meal I do NOT want to eat. The salad is not even recognizable anymore it’s so chopped. Who even chops a salad like that?? It’s all mush. To update on the reply from the place yes they did replace my salad. AFTER i called BACK and asked for one myself. I wasNEVER offered a new salad. Terrible customer service."

"It’s hard to find an establishment where it checks all the boxes. The manager, Julian and his team have exceptional customer service! Truly a joyful experience! I have gone to many other field of greens but the wellington location stands out by a long shot! I’ve been going to this location for years now, but it wasn’t until Julian became manager that this place took a turn for the BETTER! Thank you Julian for everything you do! Your hard work and dedication don’t go unnoticed! They are truly LUCKY to have you be part of their team!!"

"If you enjoy eating clean, this is a great place. The salads are cold and fresh like something you would make at home. Staff is friendly, even addressing you by name when you are a repeat customer. I want to share the fact that over 500 of us educators were in Wellington during this particular week at a conference, and many of us ate at FOG during our lunch, making it very busy. The staff handled the extra business effectively and treated us all very kindly. A generous customer whom I engaged in conversation even volunteered to pay for our meals (five of us that were standing around him). He had such kind words of appreciation for us as teachers, and we will never forget that experience. Random acts of kindness do not happen every day. FOGPB, you guys rock! Thank you!!"

"Nice clean local salad and wrap gem of newer Wellington. The place is familiar, I’ve seen it year after year survive the wrath of a pandemic, and a very seasonal customer base. It’s busy, buzzing steadily with guests enjoying fresh food, some bring their dogs. The staff is friendly but not overly toxic friendly. They are here to do their job, pleasantly. Don’t expect more and that means no checking on your food later on. I sat outside on this Saturday afternoon at a decently clean wooden picnic style table on their covered patio. Enough trees around you that you can still hear the birds chirping over the other tables nearby. My food was delivered to me about 10 mins later. Don’t worry vegans, there are a few options for us. A falafel style salad and wrap, and an Asian style salad which is what I chose. Good crunch, good dressing, fresh ingredients. I think the kale could have been a little less bruised, but overall a nice fresh salad that reminds you of the protein content from the quinoa like a freight train a third of the way in. I dare you to finish the whole thing. They also had this vegan dessert in the fridge called a “BFO”. Idk what it is but it reminds me of a giant soft Oreo. Very good but a tad too sweet making it too rich to have more than a few bites. Take it home or share with family. Wash your meal down with a Perrier and you’ll almost feel like your having a fancy brunch on the water. Oh and be courteous and throw your trash out. The staff doesn’t get tipped enough, so don’t make them do extra. 4.5/5 stars."

"Very Good Friendly Service & Salad. I didn't know they served Soup, sadly the soup was very salty which distracted from the tomato flavor I felt it needed garlic powder and less salt. I had to add hot sauce cheese and crackers to make it better. Other than that I didn't know there was a field of greens here even though I lived in the area for over a decade."
