"I went to this place for the second time and this place has never done me wrong. Both times the manager Latoya was beyond amazing and helpful. She was literally running around the place to ensure everything was running smoothly and everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. She was even training a new hire while running around. She really goes above and beyond for this job. I have Never seen anyone work that hard expecially for a food environment."
"Just visited this location where I was greeted by Latoya. From when I entered to when I left Latoya, John, and the entire staff took great care of me. The burger, fries, onion rings, and shake were perfect. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting. They deserve a lot of credit and I hope this review is read so they can be recognized for being so hospitable. I don’t usually leave reviews this detailed but they made a great impression on me so thank you again and I will definitely be back."
"Seems like a neat spot, maybe a special burger would have tasted better, the one I got was super itty bitty. The fries didn't taste good to me, but the soda machine at least was good. The music was blasting loud, and super silly. I think some one else might like the place, but I probably won't be back unless someone invited me."
"Our experience at this BurgerFi today was excellent! I opted for my go-to, the Conflicted Burger Green (no bread, but lettuce). The flavor of meat and vegan patty was delicious and the lettuce was fresh and crispy. The regular hamburger and fries we ordered were also top-notch. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Overall, a delightful dining experience!"
"We won't be going back.. my family likes burgers from pretty much anywhere else better. My kids wouldn't eat the chicken fingers or fries and I could clearly see it was all fried in old oil. The burgers were honestly a disgrace to try to claim your way to fame with.. and the staff member who took our order was not at all helpful or kind with anything we said or asked as it was our first time there. None of us finished our food.. I think there was a manager training multiple people but no one checked on us and if I had multiple new employees I'm gonna be keeping an eye on them and my customers to ensure it's all going smoothly as possible. They weren't at all busy so I don't really understand why it all went so badly."
