"You can’t beat this place! I always order the same, family meal which includes whole dark chicken (I absolutely love that I can choose either white or dark meat), my sides are always rice and beans and I add an order of plantains. The family meal also includes dinner rolls. You get a lot of food for the price and the food is ready relatively quickly."

"i came in with my family for dinner and wasn’t greeted for about 10 minutes. All of the employees seen us at the register waiting to order. Instead of helping us they laughed and looked around at each other. Finally an employee came , after i asked if anyone worked there. We ordered and it seemed as if the cashier did not want to help us. The attitude and lack of customer service from a RESTAURANT is insane. During all of this the manager was outside speaking to a lady. While we are eating our food, the same cashier employee walks out to the lobby and starts to smoke his vape. This whole experience was beyond UNPROFESSIONAL."

"Sauces were incorrect and the mango rum sauce was not sealed properly so spilled all over the inside of the bag and our food containers. Other than that the food was hot and the taste was better than the average fast food joint. closer to a low-end homemade meal which is to say pretty good for a fast food joint. Would go again even with the sauce hiccup."

"We came from the beach ..it was late for lunch three pm early for dinner , and most of the restaurants in Juno or Jupiter open at 4 pm .. I did remember Pollo Tropical because a friend told me it has new dishes, drinks .. We entered music was too loud or Im getting old ( well don’t we all ) we were eating inside , it was empty , employees were helpful in our two languages of course English , Spanish.. Chicken was rostered a perfection , yuca frita ( Fried yuca is a most if a person does not have taste ..) I am not a black bean and white rice eater.. I was hungry so I tried and greatly ate it all! The manager was not that nice explaining that music can not be lowered.. my friend suffers cause the noise , autistic kids or people with some issues wont be comfortable eating inside..but taking out is a good option with a drive through…"
