The owner should get over here pretty fast foods coming out but ain't nothing else getting done check out the juice first then go in the men's room I just spent $35 to be totally disgusted all the tables are covered in Grease the juice machines look like they haven't been cleaned in in weeks the ice tastes like bleach"

"I go here often, just because it is so close by. Unfortunately, about 80% of the time there is something wrong with my order. Aside from missing items, among some of the most unpresentable food I have ever seen. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Particularly disappointing is that they will often run out of items, but not flag as unavailable in the app. Therefore, you purchase a product for them to just not fulfill it. I now regularly check my orders when picking up and when to not my surprise something was missing, I was responded with attitude and complete disregard. The employees were miserable. Remember people, culture and attitude starts from the top. Management needs to be replaced ASAP, and hopefully they can bring on someone competent enough to know their product pars and tighten things up here."

"I don’t know about other folks on here, but I went in yesterday on a whim. The guy in front of me had his day ruined because they were out of fajita vegetables. For vegetables! How bad does life have to be to lose it for that? He started in on them, but one team member took the situation over and kindly rebutted him to make him leave. Great work! We own a counter service restaurant in another state, I will tell you the crew on duty at lunchtime yesterday did fantastic. The bowl was great, the place was super clean and the folks behind the counter were very nice people. If that crew were behind our counter at our place, I’d be proud of the way they served customers and the way they handled a bad situation with a bad customer."

"Worst customer experience ever! I asked to please serve the beans on the side of the plate since I don't like mixed food. She didn't care and served it right in the middle. They charged a full bowl and provided me with such tiny portions. Won't come back ever again!"
