"This company is a fraud. NPS is a fraud. DO NOT use them for your certification. 2 months later, no results from NPS on the exam. The class DOES NOT prepare you for the testing. This is a clown car of the dumbest order. Updated for their response : I'll start with your last point because frankly anyone attempting to reason they shouldn't teach literally 50% of the material possibly tested on is somehow in any way related to a student knowing what's on the test is beyond the pale of baffoonery. Are you seriously insinuating that teaching all the course material is somehow cheating the system? I would counter that completely ridiculous position by asking if your logic made sense, then why would anyone take your "class"? What an embarrassingly silly way to justify a complete and total lack of product delivery on your part. Your entire other point is an obfuscation of the fact that YOU are PAID as a service for which you do not provide in good faith, apparently because (by your own words) teaching material would be cheating. I'm so happy this was your response. See you in scc. I can't wait to hear this explained on record. Update: This fly by night clown car has still yet to provide results for tests they were paid for. Their voice-mail says they're closed until December 26th. That was 3 weeks ago. Do business with a firm who atleast knows what day it is. We will have to take them to small claims. We will file today. I recommend anyone in our position does the same."

"I love the fact that the Phlebotomy course is hybrid. Also, the Instructors are awesome, very knowledgeable and patient. You have to go in class for the clinical portion but you have the option of choosing your time. Please do not hesitate to sign up and start your course with them today."
