"Nicole Shaffer is a phenomenal instructor who really cares for each of her students individually. From before my classes started she was helpful in making my decision to pursue my CNA license and helping me set up my finances and classes to do so. Once in class she was always prepared and presented the material along with a very appreciated personal touch from someone who has seen and done it all before and is always willing to jump in and show her students the proper way of caring for another patient. She provided tips and tricks for how to do the skills once in the field and the much needed knowledge of how to detect abnormalities within the patient and prevent harm or discomfort with everything we do.
