"I won’t return here. I ordered an Italian sub. It came lathered with mustard and mayonnaise. No properly made Italian sub comes with mustard or mayonnaise. I called the restaurant to complain and was told, “all of our sandwiches come with mustard and mayonnaise.” There is no way to remove it when ordering from the website. Never again will I return to this restaurant. Apparently firehouse subs decides what condiments to put on your sandwich. I won’t do business with a place who thinks I’m supposed to just accept a sandwich the way they decide to make it. I love how they hide the mustard and mayonnaise ingredients under the read more tab. NOBODY else makes an Italian with mustard and mayonnaise. It was nasty. I rate it 0 stars if I could. No restaurant should make everything they make lathered with mustard or mayonnaise."
"The subs are delicious and they have an incredible team! My top three sandwiches are the hook and ladder, brisket and steak and cheese! And the vinager nd salt Miss Vickie’s chips!"

"It is September 26, 2023 at 8:30 PM. I was not greeted when I came into the store and I was also rudely spoke to by the girl who handed me my food. She has brown hair and glasses with her hair pulled back in a ponytail. Wasn’t sure of her name because I just wanted to get out. She tossed me my food when I came in to pick it up and turn around and as if I was a bother to her don’t know what her problem was, but I will never go to the store again . She needs to learn customer service before working in such a place. Also keep whatever issues she has out of work because it affects the customers."
