"Amazing hibachi. Normally I’m so-so on miso soup..I had two bowls! The service was phenomenal! Thank you Chris!!!). Drove 45 minutes each way from St. Pete, and already thinking about the next time I can go back."

"We placed an large order for dinner for several people. I drove to the restaurant to pick up the order, got it home, and people made their plates. That's when we found a long black hair in the food. We noticed a piece and pulled it out - it had been cooked into a spring roll. No one would eat the food after that. We called the restaurant and told them about the hair. We let them know that most of our food hadn't even been opened as people were just starting to gather to eat when the hair was found, so not much of our large order had even been touched. We offered to send pictures of the hair, but they would not do anything unless we drove all the food back to them. I did, though it was 40 minutes of driving (20 there, 20 back). They did give the refund, but offered nothing else to make up for my time (over an hour and a half of driving) or the fact that we now had to come up with another dinner option. I asked for something to make up for my time and the hassle, but was told no, they would not give a future credit, free food, or anything at all. So in addition to the disgusting hair cooked into the food, their customer service is very lacking."

"All these bad reviews are shocking to me, I've been going here for 3+ years and I've never had any issues. Every single time the appetizers and sushi is delicious, warm, and fresh- whether it's takeout or dine in. I go to sushi joints everywhere A LOT but this is definitely one of my top ones. The service is also excellent, the waiters English isn't very fluent so you may have to point at the menu to avoid confusion but they're still very kind and bring out your food fast. They also make sure your drink is never empty and give fortune cookies and a refill to go. I'm not sure how everyone is having such a bad time here when every single time is excellent for me"

"Terrible service! We’ve been here a time or two before and had Chinese food and sushi, decent food. Tonight we decided to order hibachi, it was absolutely terrible! Every single thing was swimming in some nasty sweet sauce and the protein was severely overcooked. I took about two bites of mine, my husband maybe 4. My daughter ordered sushi and a side of fried rice which was fine and she ate most of. I called the manager over and told him “look we’ve been in before and it’s been good, but this is not hibachi. I can’t imagine spending $60 on two plates of food that are simply going to the trash.” He agreed and offered to remake it. I said no, it’s late I just want my check” He didn’t return to my table, the waitress dropped my check off and said “he took FIFTEEN PERCENT off of our check. We still ended up wasting $80 on that trash. NEVER AGAIN! You’ll see my photos of the ”hibachi” I left on the table."
