"Found this place online and decided to give it a try. They have very young people working there and they aren't very patient when taking your order. I understand that for that part of Tampa the price is what it is but I wouldn't mind going back with my family if the service was better and the fact that the person taking ur order puts up a face when you skip the tip on the register is not so great. I believe that I have to tip only if they take my order to my table and clean up after me but that not being the case I feel like that option should be removed. Apart of that the desserts were great and the sandwiches are not bad."
"Solid place for NY foods. I would definitely recommend getting the Mulberry Street or the Staten Island heroes. I love their Ice Cream/ Ice selection too. My only gripe would be that sometimes the customer service here isnt up to standard compared to all the other local places. For example, If I want to buy bread, you can give me a heads up if its fresh or not. No point of buying something stale. Overall, def would recommend this place but be wary of stale bread or cookies."
"Fabulous find! Great food and plenty of it. Don't miss the bakery counters (the smell lures one in and you can sail by the bakery) or the take out counters. Homemade mozzarella!"
"Today was my first time visiting this establishment with my daughter, and I am extremely disappointed. Very expensive bakery products, sold hard and tasted old! The customer service was absolutely horrible, we walked in and no greeting or assistance to help as I looked around. I addressed the two young ladies at counter about the bakery items being hard, and I was told that is how it’s supposed to be due to cookie at bottom of brownie. The icing was hardened and not creamy at all, so clearly it was not fresh. The cookie also tasted old. I will not be returning again."
"Kinda up on down on this place… The sandwiches were really tasty. I would totally come back again for those. The disco fries were really disappointing, not a lot of flavor and really dry. As you can see in the pic, there’s barely any gravy on them. And not any real seasoning on the potatoes. The bread for the paninis is definitely a win at least."
