"Great place. It was a busy evening, but we were seated immediately. The staff were friendly, helpful, and checked on us often. The atmosphere was very casual, laid back, and fun going. The food was promptly served as ordered, and great taste and portions. I highly recommend this Applebee's, and the 2 for$25 deal."
"Jessenia was our server. She was fantastic! Her service was amazing! She was always checking on us and making sure we had enough to drink. She went above and beyond to make our experience awesome. This is how all servers should be! Thanks again for your great service and friendly smile!"
"There were table of 6 people. We had to wait to be seated 20min. Once we were seated and got our menu it took 35min to get our drinks ordered and still had to wait before a server showed up to get food ordered. Definitely won't be going back to that Applebee's. We were very disappointed on the service we got. Just left us hanging with no drinks or food ordered. Wasn't busy, so I don't understand why we were not served sooner. Why we had ASK for service with our WAITRESS? REALLY please get it together focus on your job duties. Thanks Happy new years!"
"Our waitress was Jess (had a longer name but can’t spell it) she wore a black hat and had a great personality! Even though they were busy with limited staff she made sure to keep it entertaining! She even remembered my kids names to give it that personal touch! She truly was a bright light in this industry and should be rewarded for her great attitude and service! We appreciate you Jess!"
"We were there as a larger group. The one thing I can say about the male Host was he was rather rude about not sitting us due to one person not being on time in our group and the fact he cleared the table and left the previous customers glasses sitting on the ledge counter right behind meaning If I had turned just right the person behind me would have been wearing the drinks... The waitress we had was truly wonderful .. checking with us keeping us in check haha.. even after the tow truck incident left her table completely empty except for 3 of us... But she took it with a smile and a few laughs ..the food was amazing .. I would come back again ... Thank you to your amazing staff with the exception of the rude young man that would walk by and would stare at us like we were a bother to him because we took two tables. But the rest of the experience was great ..lunch and tow truck entertainment ..."
