Program Enhancements may be standalone or supplementary, and AMIkids also provides regional service coordination for the Virginia Department of Juvenile Justice.
Through unique adventures and opportunities, AMIkids exposes young people to new experiences that help them grow in self-confidence and leadership skills. The institution empowers young people to believe in themselves and achieve success, providing structure, care, and a sense of family. The AMIkids Personal Growth Model ties together education, workforce development, treatment, and behavior and skills training for proven success. In 2022, 81% of youth who exited a program successfully achieved their goals or completed available programming.
