This is exemplified in the students and other teachers at the academy. Useful techniques taught and good feedback when drilling techniques demonstrated so you have a good understanding of what you're suppose to be doing with detail adjustments if you're familiar with the techniques. There is a wide range of skill levels, ages and male/female training partners which makes it accommodating and welcoming for anyone from beginners up to higher belts.
