"It's a cute little Southern favorite for casual dining. The chicken salad comes in multiple flavors, including some that are savory, classic, or mixed with fruit and nuts. You can get the favorites to go in containers next to the register, including the grape salad side. Menu options include soups, salads, pimento cheese, and croissant sandwiches. You can have the option of swapping your crackers with celery if you request it. I highly recommend Sassy Scotty, Lauryn's Lemon Basil, and Fancy Nancy flavors. And the watermelon tea is super tasty! The place is popular and does get quite busy at meal times. Be prepared for a wait in line, or possibly a seat. It's located in the central portion of Seminole City Center, facing the gym and diagonal of Maple Street Biscuit Co. My mother orders catering from here, and the staff is always helpful, outgoing, and easy to work with. The recipients of the food are always very pleased with the results too."

"I Finally checked out Chicken Salad Chick after a very long time of wanting to try it out. The atmosphere is very nice. The place was clean and inviting. I got the Olivia's Old South style Chicken Salad on a Croissant with a side of Mac &Cheese. I have had many Southern Style Chicken Salad Sandwiches, however, this was not like any of those. The Salad wasn't bad, just different from what I was expecting. I added Mustard and some more Mayo to help it out. The Croissant was very good. Fresh, flaky and not hard or tough. There was definitely not enough Salad on the Sandwich. The Mac &Cheese was not as pleasant. The Noodles were overcooked and the Cheese was grainy and not smooth like a melted Cheese. I also got a Soup just to try it. I got the Loaded Potato Soup. I wasn't keen on the Bacos, and not enough Potatoes. I would get it again, but without the Bacos. The Cookie they give you for a little dessert was very good. I will have to go again and try something different."
