"They used to make a great burger with homemade pickles and great fries. This place is dying on the vine. Condiments are the cheapest I’ve ever seen and I had to ask if the packet was actually mustard. Salt and pepper shakers had never been cleaned. Burger was decent but not to the quality they used to have. They don’t order the quality ingredients they used to use and it’s obvious. Will never ever eat there again."

"First time here.. Came here because of their outstanding looking menu BUT arrived and they were out of their bison and wagyu. (on a Saturday) then just like the other reviews the burger is EXTREMELY salty! Had to return it got a second serving but the meat wasn't cooked right. Ended up returning and leaving.. Now I will say this the manager was very nice and respectful and I hope he takes this review as constructive criticism. But there is a pattern of bad reviews and that says something.. Also look at how you get condiments! There are no actual bottles of anything it's just dirty plastic cups (photo attached)"

"The front counter attendant was very friendly and helpful. That is about all I can say about this place. Two medium well burgers were ordered. Both came to the table extremely rare. Mine the meat was still cold. We sent the burgers back to the kitchen and they came back out in less than three minutes cooked to a rare again. The middle of the burger was a least warm, but still red as red could be. They didn’t change out the bun so it was soggy with blood. The have no sodas, no draft beer, and the iced tea was spoiled. I don’t expect them to stay in business for long and with the quality of meal we received tonight, they don’t deserve to stay in business."

"it was karaoke night unfortunately didn't know that before I got there still was going to try it first time being here I wish I had not stayed they were out of the different Meats they didn't have drafts and the only thing that was any good really was the lemon cake shake. You would think of burger that was slide apart would be a good burger it was over seasoned and then a lot of mushrooms there was barely any there were plenty of garlic but no mushrooms or barely any mushrooms . as for the steak burger also same problem see the pictures if you don't believe me . very disappointed and don't believe I'll be back so be forewarned it's not for everybody.. (honestly I was looking forward to the hand cut fries and the pickles very very disappointed.)"

"We are visiting friends who like this place. The cashier was nice a little shy for a front host but very pleasant. The four of us ordered different hamburgers med rare and all came out done. The one person with us sent it back to have hers redone and the new one came out still over cooked. The three of us are chefs my two friends have a business here as home chefs. I'm retired from the business. Why am I telling you this it's only because we know the business. They don't clear tables or check on you. Grant it we ended up being the only table on Sun but the staff was nowhere to be found"
