"OK, the waiter said literally everything is delicious, and maybe the waiter is supposed to say that, but it was very delicious! Even the free chips and salsa were excellent! Then crispy tortilla chips, fresh salsa on the hot side, even the white sauce a cilantro ranch, maybe, was delicious! We ordered the sampler appetizer and shrimp tacos, the tortillas all look freshly made, everything was hot and delicious! We will definitely be back! Great flavor and generous portions. I think the restaurant is named after a dog? Lots of pictures of dogs which were cute and fun. Great staff, hot and delicious food, and didn’t break the bank…it’s a must try! Did I mention I am Mexican American? This definitely is a great Mex-Tex authentic flavor!"

"The staff are excellent especially the bartenders. We normally dine in but I got takeout tonight. The white creamy jalapeño sauce is the absolute best. The wife wanted Chicken Flautas as usual and I got the taco salad this time. Love the Winter Park location."

"It's kind of hard to mess up Tex Mex. The menu is pretty basic. The choice of sauces is kind of nice. A mixture of different enchilada sauces essentially. The fajitas were very decent. Burrito was large and also tasty. The queso was interesting. It tasted like a Velveeta and cheddar mixed with a queso blanco. Which doesn't sound good if you're looking for queso but it was really good. For what it lacks in originality menu wise it makes up for in the friendly staff and being reasonably priced. The environment also being very welcoming and comfortable. It's a little bit above the rest when it comes to chain restaurants. I imagine the lunch menu is also pretty decent. We would definitely try it again."

And I must say, it lived up to the hype. The enchiladas arrived piping hot, exuding a mouth-watering aroma that teased the senses. Every bite was a perfect blend of flavors—succulent meat, rich sauce, and perfectly melted cheese. It was apparent that the chefs at Chuy's take their time to get every detail right, and it shows.
