"I had a very unfortunate situation when my car broke down at the drive thru of Chick-fil-A. I was worried and stressed, but Brianna and Sam came to my rescue. They helped push my car to a safe spot, Sam jump started the car. They were both so kind, compassionate, and professional. They went above and beyond their duties to make sure we were okay. They are truly angels on earth and I am so grateful for their assistance. The food was also delicious and fresh, as always. This Chick-fil-A team rocks! I give them five stars and a big thank you!"

"I am so upset right now! I literally ordered a 12 count nugget meal with a Coke, Chick-fil-A sauce, and ketchup for my fries!! I didn’t receive my fries. I go inside and let them know. I didn’t get my fries for my meal. The person who took my order didn’t even put me down for a meal, they just put me down For a 12 count a Coke. When I asked for my fries, I was actually speaking with the manager, and she looked at the order and she stated, I wasn’t rung up for a meal, so she’s gonna have to charge me for the fries. I looked at her like she was insane! I said that was not my mistake. That was your employee’s fault. She says, well sorry, we’re gonna have to charge you for the fries. I said, just forget it! That “manager” needs better training! I literally lost my appetite"

"We went for breakfast today and unfortunately, the staff wasn't very pleasant. The lady handing us our food was really sweet but otherwise unwelcoming. The tortilla on the breakfast burrito was hard and stale, the rest of the food was standard."
