Dunkin'

"Our DD is going downhill fast. Employees have always been courteous to me. Always. But, couple of weeks ago, coffee was room temp. I like hot coffee. Took two sips. Have not been back. Now, I pass my DD and drive 15 minutes to the next DD, where I'm served hot coffee. Please fix it."

"My visit to Dunkin' Donuts this morning to pick up my mobile order was incredibly disappointing due to the horrible customer service. Upon arrival, I found the staff /Manager to be inattentive and unhelpful. Despite the clear indication of my mobile order, I was left waiting for an extended period without any acknowledgment or assistance. When I finally managed to get someone's attention, the staff member was dismissive and unapologetic and extremely rude about the delay. Her lack of professionalism and poor attitude left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience. When I asked for her name and requested to speak to the store manager she refused and laughed/ignored me and left me talking to myself. I expected better service and hope that Dunkin' Donuts addresses these issues to provide a more positive and efficient customer experience in the future."

"HORRIBLE! I went in this morning to get breakfast for myself & a friend to go. I got my hot food before my donuts, so it got cold while I stood & waited for someone to turn around & place 3 donuts in a bag. When I got home, I noticed that they didn't even bother putting the donuts in tissue paper or bags to separate them, they were all just thrown in a bag! There were 2 strawberry frosted donuts & an apple fritter. I only got 4 hash browns, that were under cooked, soggy & cold & cold mini bagel bites. Now I've never been a fan of Dunkin' as I prefer KK, but my friend wanted Dunking. When I opened Google to write my review, it popped up a review I wrote 1 year ago on ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE at this same Dunkin'!!! That's PATHETIC!! I don't write reviews on everything I do, just the things that stick out as good or bad. I called the store & they will be giving me a credit for the amount of my purchase, but I suspect when I redeem it, I'll be equally disappointed!!!!!"
