"Went to McDonald’s and I order a Quarter Pounder Meal. My sandwich had no mustard, which I asked for. Also for it to be a Quarter Pounder it was cold, the cheese was not melted to the point where i could pick it up with no problem. It tasted extremely nasty and old. Lastly, The fries I order were large, And had very little amount of Fries."
"This self order stuff is not ment for older people... there are upgrades that you can do that you have to call a manager to do it for you.. i.e change the apple slices on the happy meal for another kids fríes... we are doing the work and no discounts. Happy.meals are almost 9 dollars"
"The night shift manager at this location, Leroy, has amazing customer service skills. He’s very well spoken, well dressed very attentive, and prompt. Very vigilant and has awareness. Five stars all around for Leroy and his Night Shift crew putting in the work for this Mcdonald at this location providing for our community."
"This employee was extremely rude when I came to pick up an online order. As soon as I entered the restaurant even before talking to him he (First ignored what I’ve said to him) then started to talk to me in gibberish. Saying “unoodose tress… cincoo”. (1, 2, 3… 5). Trying to tell me that the order wasn’t ready in a gibberish spanish language. Note to self.. If you’re old enough to be someone’s dad or grandpa & work in a fast food restaurant… AT-LEAST.have.the.decency.to.speak.to.me. like a normal person.. I was offended.. Next time I’m going to strap up my body cam… post the video online… and let him & millions of viewers see how he treats people.."
"This is one of the busiest locations! But always on point! Great service. Great employees. They work very hard. Customers are not always easy to deal with. This location does a great job. Thank you."
