"Worse Burger King down south has to offer. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place causes someone to get food poisoning. I decided to give them another chance and food was cold again. Also the miserable and pathetic attitude early in the morning is not even necessary. No wonder there’s barely a line in the morning. Just fire the morning crew and start over."
"Asked for heavy pickles, didn’t even get one. The sticker says heavy pickles. The cashier dropped my change on ground in drive through didn’t even say anything or attempt to give me change. Cashier had a very bad attitude. Always something wrong with my order here. Pathetic and unprofessional"
"I don’t think I will ever give my money to BK again thanks to this location. I ordered two chicken wraps and they only gave me one at the drive thru. No problem, I let them know that I asked for two. They said I was only charged for one so they can’t help. I even offered to give my card so they could go back and charge it. They REFUSED. Said they can’t do that and that I have to make the line again (which was already piling up with at least 3 cars). It is not my fault you took my order wrong. Good customer service would be to make your mistake right, not put the responsibility on the customer!!"
"I’m disgusted that I went to this Burger King and was held at the drive through over 7 minutes, mind you, there was only one car in front of me at the take out window. I waited again to get my food order where the sandwich smelled, tasted and looked old, it was nothing of what I order. This was PM shift. Got to do better."
"I would like to take the time to comment about an employee at this BK by the name of Ana. I’ve been going to this BK for a long time so I’ve seen my share of rude people but ever since Ana started working here she has really brighten the mood and the atmosphere of the establishment. Every time I come through the drive thru she’s always smiling asking how my day is going and being very polite and cheerful. She is very respectful and a good employee. BK needs more employees like Ana i and very satisfied of her work ethics."
